Panaderia Bodaega is a Scandinavian-style bakery in the centre of Oaxaca. Rafael Andres Villalobos Valderrama is a chef who completed his training at Casa Oaxaca. He decided to learn how to bake sourdough and Danish pastries in Copenhagen. In addition to a solid education, he found his Danish wife, Cat, and together they opened Bodaega.
