Rabea and the apple harvest
Fall is the time of the year when trees are getting colorful, the sun is sending a warmer light and it’s time to bring in the commodities.
Rabea is a free spirit, a cook, and a maker. Above all, she is curious about everything that the culinary world has to offer. Together with her father, she meets every autumn for the apple harvest in Bavaria. There are apple trees on a piece of land that her great-grandmother planted. Thirty-five different varieties ultimately result in a very tasty juice.
