Son Blanc Farmhouse
A utopian hospitality concept
The Son Blanc farmhouse, spanning 130 hectares in a pristine corner of the island of Menorca, is founded on the principles of hospitality, sustainability, and a connection with nature. The 19th-century building has been meticulously renovated and remodelled by architects, craftsmen, and engineers. Low energy consumption and sustainable technologies, combined with an on-site sewage treatment plant and underground rainwater cisterns, ensure a minimal environmental impact. The farm is embedded in regenerative agriculture and is part of a conscientious approach to creating a luxury hotel experience that is meaningful and authentic.

Son Blanc offers 14 individually decorated rooms. Clay, stone, and reclaimed wood are the primary materials, along with natural textiles, for the facade. The rooms feature private gardens or terraces with views of the wilderness or olive groves. The restaurant, bar area, pool, and yoga studio offer an ambience that makes it easy to bring guests together in a relaxed atmosphere.
